What wax do you use?

All my candles are hand-poured using 100% natural and renewable soy wax and cotton wicks. I chose soy wax over the traditional paraffin wax as it allows for a cleaner burn (petro-carbon soot free). The fragrances I use are phthalate and paraben-free. 

My candle has a white coat on it, how can I remove it?

Candles may frost (develop a white coating) over time - this is a natural occurrence with soy wax and does not affect the burn or shape of the candle. To minimize the appearance of any frosting, gently buff the surface with a cotton cloth.

Do you accept exchanges or refunds?

Since all candles are made to order, candles are non exchangeable and non refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your candle, please send an email to elevatebyduyen@gmail.com

How long does it take for shipments to arrive?

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Shipments within Canada usually take 2 - 8 business days.
